Members are responsible for posting their individual adjusted scores for completed rounds in a timely manner in the Club GHIN system.

New and seasonal members of MCWGA must submit a current handicap index to the pro shop before they are eligible to compete for sweeps awards in MCWGA events.

Definition of a current handicap index is a written and attested record of the most recent minimum of 10 scores for 18 holes of play, played within the previous 60 days, including the course rating and slope for each score. If a scoring record is not available, the player will be eligible for sweeps awards once the 10 scores have been submitted to the pro shop.
